17:00 – 18:30 Welcome, registration, introductions and getting to know each other
The schedule for the tree remaining days is as follows:
09:30 - 11:00 Morning - Session 1
11:00 – 11:30 Coffee/Tea Break

Day 1 – Communication that removes us from one another vs. communication that connects us
Using examples of every day conversation we shall show you hidden violence in our day to day communication, which is expressed through judgements, comparisons, demands, etc. We shall then introduce you to the main theme of our work - life connecting language - that brings us closer to each other.
For the rest of the day we shall guide you in working on a specific situation that you often experience with the person that you have a difficult relationship with. Step by step we shall show you what are possible stumbling points in that relationship and in conversations you have (and sometimes do not dare to have) with each other. We shall support you in learning how you could change them into connecting conversations. Further you will learn to express yourself honestly and clearly, and at the same time to hear and receive the other person emphatically.
Day 2 - Deepening connecting communication through practice
We start the morning with a short ''Celebrate what works meditation'', followed by feedback and harvesting of the previous day, which sets the agenda for the topics any of you wishes to further work on, or go deeper into. Additionally, the morning session will be used for deepening the understanding of honestly expressing ourselves, using NVC and emphatically hearing another person, who sometimes might be expressing a painful message, without taking it personally.
In the afternoon you will be practising the new way of relating with the person with whom you wish to heal a relationship, through role play with other participants, while being guided and supported by the two of us.
Day 3 – Defining and harmonising your needs and finding and agreeing strategies that are most likely to sustain you in your effort to create healthy relationships
The day starts with a short meditation , followed by sharing and harvesting from the experiences of previous days. Then, opening space for the requests from you for the areas you need more support with. The rest of the morning sessions will be used to work on your requests and to further consolidate the practice of your new way of communicating.
In the afternoon session you will discuss and make strategies (practical requests), which can enable you to work on the relationship with the person that matters to you. These strategies will support you in putting into practice what you have learned during this weekend, once you are back in the hustle and bustle of your everyday life.
We shall close the session and the workshop with feedback and a celebration of life and of each other, by cheering what we see as each other's strengths. (follow this link to "Psychology today"for an article on the importance of sharing for our general feeling of happiness)
Follow-up Skype/conference call support session
3 to 4 weeks after the workshop we reconvene for a 90-minute Skype session with each participant. This is meant to give you an opportunity to get our coaching support to address any issues that might have arisen since your workshop with us.
Investment needed on your part
Commitment and desire on your part to engage, open up and share with and learn from the other participants.
Financial side: 650 EUR per couple
